Refund & Return Policy

At MyPetMade.com, every product is made with love and crafted exclusively for your pet. Since our items are custom and personalized, we want to ensure our policies are clear and fair for both you (our valued customer) and our artists.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours: You may cancel for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours: Your order enters the design process. At this stage, cancellation may only be possible if no artwork proof has been started.

  • After proof is delivered: Cancellations are no longer possible.


2. Artwork Proofs & Unlimited Revisions

  • You will always receive a digital proof before production.

  • We proudly offer unlimited free revisions until you are completely satisfied.

  • Once you approve the proof, your order will move into final production. At that point, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

⚠️ Please note: “Unlimited revisions” refers to reasonable adjustments to the design (colors, background, details). Requests to completely change the photo, pet, or style after the artwork has been created may require a new order.


3. Returns & Refunds (Custom Products)

Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:

  • “I changed my mind.”

  • “I wanted a different style/size.”

  • “It doesn’t look exactly like I imagined.”

Refunds or replacements are only available if:

  • The product arrives damaged in transit.

  • The product is defective or significantly different from your approved proof.


4. Returns & Refunds (Non-Custom Products)

For non-personalized products (e.g., accessories, gift boxes), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.


5. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is lost/stolen, please contact the carrier directly.


6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom products after proof approval

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Shipping fees (unless due to our error)


7. Refund & Replacement Process

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us at info@mypetmade.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  3. We will review your request within 3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days.

  • Approved replacements will be re-shipped at no additional cost.


8. Abuse of Policy

We value fairness. Customers who misuse our “unlimited revisions” (e.g., repeatedly changing pets/photos/styles after proofs are delivered, or requesting entirely new artworks unrelated to the original order) may be asked to place a new order.
We reserve the right to decline refunds or service to those who abuse our policies.


9. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updates will always be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
